I approach therapy with a curious, gentle, and authentic spirit. I prioritize and deeply value the bonds I form with clients, considering them not only vital but also integral to the therapeutic process. At the heart of my work is helping clients in harnessing their natural capacity for growth and healing, enabling them to establish a more meaningful and joyful connection with life.

It's a safe haven where you can be your true self and feel genuinely understood. Our sessions will be a collaboration between us, where we work together to explore and identify everything that makes you, you.
In the first few sessions I will listen and ask questions so I can better understand you, your story, and your goals. We'll then establish goals together and determine what you hope to achieve during our sessions. You have the deepest understanding of yourself, and my role is to provide guidance and demonstrate that you possess more capabilities than you may currently recognize. During our time together, we'll uncover new perspectives, discover your strengths, and find the clarity and direction you're longing for. I utilize a variety of modalities and tools to support you. Some of these include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and the Enneagram. During an EMDR session, I will help you concentrate on particular distressing memories or traumatic experiences while using bilateral stimulation. This technique aims to decrease the strong emotional impact linked to those memories, lessen negative beliefs and emotions, and encourage the integration of more helpful and positive thoughts and feelings.
